How do I book a court as a member?

How do membership discounts work if I play with non-members?

Your membership discount applies to your individual share of the court fee. The Playtomic app automatically divides the court cost into four shares. For example, if four players book a peak court that costs £40 (£10 per person), a Club+ member in that group would only pay £5 for their share. The other non-member players would each pay their standard share of £10.

Are tournaments and leagues open to everyone?

Our entire competitive program—including the Championship Series, The Equinox Knockout Cup, and the Club Box Leagues—is an exclusive benefit for ‘Club’ and ‘Club+’ members only.This is a key perk of joining our community.

What is the “Fair Play” Booking Policy?

Our Fair Play Policy is designed to ensure all 300 of our members have an equitable chance to book and play. It’s built on a “rolling” active booking system:

Club Membership: You can have up to 3 active future bookings at any one time.
Club+ Membership: You can have up to 4 active future bookings at any one time.

As soon as one of your games is played, that booking slot is freed up, allowing you to book another. This system prevents block-booking and rewards active play. We also require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to give other members a chance to book the court.

What is the policy on “no-shows”?

We understand that things happen unexpectedly. However, repeatedly failing to attend a booking without cancelling (a “no-show”) is unfair to other members.

Our policy is designed to be fair but firm. Members who do not attend a booking without prior cancellation will receive a notification from the club. After three such instances, the club reserves the right to temporarily suspend advance booking privileges.

What should I do if I have a concern about fair use?

Our club is built on a foundation of trust. If you have any concerns about booking patterns or feel the system is being used unfairly by another member, please do not approach the member directly.
